Examination of Experiences of Elective Language Courses Teachers

Abstract

Kürtçe öğretim faaliyetlerine katılan öğretmenlerin deneyimlerinin incelenmesi, bundan sonra bu alanda yapılacak olan öğretmen yetiştirme ve program geliştirme faaliyetlerine ışık tutacağı için önem arz etmektedir. 2012 yılından itibaren devlet kurumlarında yapılmaya başlanan Kürtçe öğretim faaliyetlerinin analiz edilmesi ve başarı durumunun tespiti, bundan sonra bu alanda atılacak adımların ve geliştirilecek eğitim politikalarının tespiti için önemlidir. Türkiye ‟deki Kürtçe öğretim deneyimi daha çok şahıslar ve bağımsız kurumlar üzerinden ilerlemiştir. Bu deneyimin ne derece başarılı olduğunun ortaya çıkarılması bundan sonra yapılacak öğretim faaliyetlerinin başarısı için de önem arz etmektedir.The examination of the experiences of teachers participating in Kurdish language teaching activities is important because it will shed light on the teacher training and program development activities that will be carried out in this field from now on. analyzing the Kurdish language teaching activities that have been started to be carried out in state institutions since 2012 and determining the success status is important for determining the steps to be taken in this area and the educational policies to be developed after that.
