Abstract
Weber's analysis of the sociology of emotion and the concept of emotional action that he prioritized in his analyzes and the effects of the philosophical currents caused by them on today's world. Max Weber is an important thinker known as a German sociologist, political scientist and economist. Weber has made significant contributions to the social sciences and has been an influential figure in sociology, political theory, and economics. Weber's work provides a comprehensive analytical framework for understanding social actions, social order, and relations of power and authority. According to Weber, only emotional actions can lead to developments in the field of sociology. Emotional acts are social acts and are determined by the emotionally present passions and the act of being affected. However, Weber's work on methods and experiments on this topic often does not discuss such actions in detail and does not suggest systematic distinctions. For the German sociologist, emotions themselves are no different from the act of being touched. According to Max Weber, emotions and passions can intersect. Weber placed the concept of 'meaning' at the center of sociology, placing great emphasis on the process of understanding and interpreting social actions.
