Abstract

İnsanlık tarihinin başlangıcından itibaren, madde âlemine gösterilen ilgi mâna âlemine de gösterilmiştir. Zira insan maddî ve manevî olmak üzere iki yöne sahiptir. Her birey müstakil bir iç âleme ve ruh yapısı-na sahiptir. Maddî ihtiyaçların karşılanmasının zarurîliği kadar manevî ihtiyaçların da karşılanması gerek-mektedir. Her insan, maddî yönden beslenme ihtiyacı hissettiği gibi manevî yönden de ruh dünyasını doyurma ve onu tatmin etme ihtiyacı hissetmektedir. Bu manevî boyut, insanın inanç, vicdan ve ahlâk yönünü oluşturmaktadır. Tarihsel süreçte insanın manevî yönden kemâle ulaşması için ortaya çıkan sis-temlerden biri de tasavvuftur. Mutasavvıflar, Kur'ân’ın sarîh anlamlarını özümseyip uyguladıkları gibi onun âyetlerine işârî mânalar vererek insanın manevî yönden olgunlaşmasına katkı sağlamaya da çalış-mıştır. Tasavvuf kaynaklarında, zühd ve tasavvuf duygusunun İslâm’ın başlangıcından bu yana Müslü-manlar arasında var olduğu ve Kur’ân ile sünnete dayandığı iddia edilmektedir. Hz. Muhammed’in (s.a.v.) zamanında sahâbeden bazı kişilerin zâhit bir hayat yaşadığına dair çeşitli rivayetler de bu görüşe sahip olanların kullandıkları delillerdir. Her şey de olduğu gibi işârî tefsir konusunda da ölçümüz, Kur’ân ve onun ilk tefsiri durumundaki sünnet olmalıdır. Kur’ân ve sünnet ölçülerine uygun olan her tasavvufî anlayış makbul, Kur’ân ve sünnet ölçülerine uygun olmayan, bu ölçülere ters düşen her tasavvufî anlayış da merduddur. Teknik anlamda adı konulmamış olsa bile tasavvuf anlayışı, sahâbeden itibaren gelişerek çeşitli evrelerden geçmiş ve varlığını günümüze kadar sürdürmüştür. Tasavvuf, İslâm tarihinin başlangı-cından hemen sonra, hicri ikinci asırda Müslümanlar arasında başlamış ve ondan sonraki asırlarda git-tikçe gelişmiştir. İşârî tefsirin de buna paralel bir seyir izlediğini söylemek mümkündür.

Since the beginning of human history, the interest shown to the material world has also been shown to the realm of meaning. Because human has two aspects, material and spiritual. Each individual has a separate inner realm and spiritual structure. It is necessary to meet spiritual needs as well as the necessity of meeting material needs. Every human being feels the need to feed and satisfy the spiritual world, as well as the need for nutrition materially. This spiritual dimension constitutes the belief, conscience and moral aspect of man. One of the systems that emerged in the historical process for man to attain spiri-tual perfection is Sufism. Sufis, as well as assimilating and applying the meaning of the Quran, tried to contribute to the maturation of the human spiritually by giving signifying meanings to its verses. In Sufism sources, it is claimed that the feeling of asceticism and sufism has existed among Muslims since the beginning of Islam and is based on the Qur'an and sunnah. Hz. Various rumors stating that some of the companions lived a devout life in the time of Muhammad (pbuh) are also evidences used by those who have this view. As with everything else, our criterion for ishari interpretation should be the Sunnah in the case of the Quran and its first interpretation. Every Sufi understanding that is compatible with the Quran and Sunnah criteria is acceptable, and every Sufi understanding that is incompatible with the Quran and Sunnah criteria and contrary to these criteria is also a ladder. Even though it is not tech-nically named, the understanding of Sufism has developed from the Companions, passed through various phases and has survived until today.
