Abstract
Bu araştırma, Diyarbakır ekolojik koşullarında farklı arpa genotiplerinin verim ve kalite özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada ICARDA'dan temin edilen ve düşük yağışlı alanlar için önerilen 20 adet yazlık arpa hattı ile 5 adet standart çeşit materyal olarak kullanılmıştır. Denemeler tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre tekrarlamalı olarak GAP Uluslararası Tarımsal Araştırma ve Eğitim Merkezi Müdürlüğü deneme alanında yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada başaklanma tarihi, bitki boyu, bin dane ağırlığı, hektolitre ağırlığı, protein oranı, nişasta oranı, yatma, tanede nem oranı ve tane verimi özellikleri incelenmiştir. Varyans analiz sonuçlarına göre, başaklanma tarihi 112.0 - 117.5 gün, bitki boyu 90 - 117 cm, bin tane ağırlığı 32.0 - 46.4 g, hektolitre ağırlığı 65.1-73.5 kg hl-1, protein oranı % 14.0 -17.2, nişasta oranı % 68.6 - 70.5, nem % 8.0 - 8.4, yatma % 0 - 60 ve tane verimi 609.2 - 787.0 kg da-1 arasında değişim göstermiştir. Tane verimi açısından, 2 ve 16 hatlar ile Lignee 131 çeşidi, kalite kriterleri açısından ise Salmas çeşidi ile 17 nolu hat öne çıkarken bazı genotipler orta düzeyde yatma eğiliminde iken bazılarında çok az yatma görülmüştür. Sonuçlara bağlı olarak iyi performans gösteren hatlar ve çeşitler bir ileri kademeye taşınmıştır
This study investigation was carried out to determine the properties of some barley genotypes on the yield and quality in different ecological conditions in 2011-2012 growing season in Diyarbakır. In the study, we used total of five varieties consisting of twenty lines obtained from ICARDA. Experiments were randomized complete block design with replications and they were conducted in GAP International Agricultural Research and Training Center field trial. In the study, heading date, plant height, thousand grain weight, test weight, protein content, starch content, lodging, grain of humidity and grain yield were investigated. According to the results obtained from the analysis, the average values among the spring barley genotypes were as follows heading time was changed between 112.0 -117.5 day, plant height betwen 90-117 cm, thousand grain weight between 32.0 and 46.4 g hectoliter weight between 65.1 73.5 kg h-1, protein content between 14.0 - 17.2 %, humidity between 68.6 –70.5 %, starch content between 8.0 - 8.4 %, grain of humidity between 0 – 60 % and grain yield changed between 609.2 and 787.0 kg da-1.
