Abstract
Yapılan bu araştırmada, organik koşullarda seçilen bazı yerel fasulye (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) genotiplerinin verim ve verimle ilgili bazı karakterlerini saptamak maksadıyla Batman/Hasankeyf çiftçi arazisinde yapılan uygulama 2021 yılı yetiştirme döneminde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada 11 yerel fasulye genotipi ile 1 standart çeşit ele alınmıştır. Araştırma tesadüf bloklarına deneme desenine göre üç tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Yapılan çalışmada, bitki boyu 47.6-203.7 cm, ilk bakla yüksekliği 9.0-17.26 cm, bakla boyu 8.46-13.53 cm bitkide bakla sayısı 7.2-24.2 adet/bitki, baklada tane sayısı 3.0-5.66 adet/bakla bulunmuştur. Ayrıca 100 dane ağırlığı da 31.13-41.23 g ve dekara tane verimi 103.43-136.36 kg/da aralığında değişiklik belirlenmiştir. Tane verimi bakımından en yüksek değeri BTM-1 ve BTM-2 genotipleri göstermişlerdir ayrıca tane verimi ve bölgeye adaptasyon özellikleri bakımından bölgeye uygun olduğu görülmüştür. Özetle incelenen bu yerel genotiplerden bazılarının morfolojik özellikleri ve bitki verimlikleri bakımından değerlendirmeye uygun olduğu ve yapılacak ıslah çalışmalarında ön bitki olarak kullanılabiceği kanaatine varılmıştır.
İn this study, in order to determine some characteristics of some local bean (phaseolus vulgaris L.) genotypes selected under organic conditions, in the field of Batman/Hasankeyf Farmer, the application was carried out in the cultivation period of 2021. 11 local bean genotypes and 1 standard variety were used in the study. The study was set up in randomized blocks with divided plots experimental design with three reblications. İn the study, plant height 47,6-203.7 cm, first pod height 9.0-17.26 cm, pod length 8.46-13.53 cm, pod number 7.2-24.2 per plant, number of seeds per pod 3-5.66 pcs/pod were found. İn addition, 100 grain weight was 31.13-41.23 gr, grain yield per decare ranged betwen 103.43-136.36 kg/da. While the highest grain yield was obtained froom the K2 bean variety, it was observed that the grain yield and adaptation to the region were goog fort he K1 variety and the K5 genotype. As a result, it is thought that some of the wxamined local genotypes are suitable for evaluation in terms of some morphological characteristics and plant yield, and it would be appropriate to use them as a preliminary plant in breeding
