Muhammed B. Mustafa el-Akkirmânî ve Risaletü'l Hamdele adlı eseri

Abstract

Risaletü'l-Hamdele, Muhammed b. Mustafa el-Akkirmânî'nin (ö.1760) XVIII. yüzyılda kaleme aldığı fıkıh, ibadet ve ahlâk konularını içeren, Arapça olarak yazmış olduğu bir eserdir. Akkirmânî fıkıh, kelam, tefsir, hadis, siyer, tasavvuf ve İslam ahlâk felsefesi gibi alanlarda sayısız eser yazmış, kadılık görevlerinde bulunmuş önemli bir şahsiyettir.Bu değerli âlimin eserini tercüme etmek, Osmanlı Devleti'nin XVIII. yüzyıldaki durumuna tanıklık etmesi açısından önem arz etmektedir.Bu çalışma Risaletü'l-Hamdele'nin içerik, kaynak, fikirler ve sorunsallarını ele alma açısından önemli bir kaynak mesabesindedir. Risaletü'l-Hamdele, İmam Ebu Hanife'nin el-Vasiye'sinin hâşiyesi ve Buhârîzâde'nin ahlâk ile ilgili risalesinin hâşiyesinden oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışma bir giriş, üç bölüm ve eklerden meydana gelmektedir. Birinci bölümde Akkirmânî'nin, hayatı, ilmî şahsiyeti ve eserleri ele alındı. İkinci bölümde yazarın metodolojisi ve yararlandığı kaynaklar belirlenmeye çalışıldı; eserin genel özellikleri ile muhteviyatı hakkında bilgi verildi. Üçüncü bölümde ise eserin içeriğine yönelik değerlendirmelerde bulunuldu. Bu çalışmanın temel konusu olan Risaletü'l-Hamdele'nin Türkçe ve orijinal metni de ekler kısmına ilave edildi.

Risaletü'l-Hamdele is a work that commited to paper in XVIII. Century by Muhammad b. Mustafa al-Akkirmânî in Arabic that includes fiqh, worship and moral issues. Muhammad b. Mustafa al-Akkirmânî is an important figure who has written numerous works in fields such as fiqh, kalam, hadith, interpretation, prophetic biography, sufism and Islamic Moral Philosophy and has carried out the duty as kadi. Translating the work of this dearworth savant becomes more of an issue in regards to bear witness of the situation of Ottoman Empire in XVIII. Century. This study is an important resource issue in terms of handling the content, resources, ideas and problems of Risaletü'l-Hamdele. Risaletü'l-Hamdele consists of the prophecy of İmam Ebu Hanife's el-Vasiye and the prophecy of Buhârîzâde's ethics. This study consists of an introduction, three chapters and appendices. In the first chapter, Akkirmân's life, scientific personality and works were adressed. In the second part, the methodology of the author and the sources he used were tried to be identified. A number of information was given about the general features and content of the study. In the third chapter, the content of the work was evaluated. Turkish and original text of Risaletü'l-Hamdele, which is the main subject of this study, was added to the appendix.
