Abstract
This study deals with how the rational is established with irrational social demands within the framework of the concepts of ethics and morality, and how moral codes are constructed in the social universe. Since it is known that morality cannot be discussed without ethics, we think that the subject will contribute to the sociology literature with the thinking practices of two important social scientists. In this study, in which we have extended the problems to the social limits of morality and the theoretical layers of ethics, it is mentioned how a sociality is built with the ethical process by getting rid of the surveillance and closure of social morality. It is discussed how the attempt to get rid of the rational ground of morality turns into ethics as an irrational social attitude in the context of Foucault and Deleuze's philosophy.
